Welcome to Maharashtra Consultancy Services, operating under the brand name Wealth Shield Algo. By accessing our website, subscribing to our algorithmic trading setup, or utilizing our software services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Wealth Shield Algo provides technology-driven algorithmic trading software, technical support, setup facilitation, and professional monitoring services primarily focused on NIFTY-based index trading. We provide technical infrastructure and software tools to automate trading execution. We are an IT and software solutions provider, not a portfolio management service (PMS) or registered investment advisory.
Trading and investing in the financial markets involve a high degree of risk. Wealth Shield Algo explicitly makes no guarantees regarding fixed returns, assured profits, or protection against capital loss. Past performance of our algorithmic systems is not indicative of future results.
You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for understanding the market risks associated with algorithmic trading. You must ensure you have adequate capital, monitor your broker account regularly, and accept that technical glitches or sudden market volatility may result in financial loss. You trade strictly at your own risk.
All payments for software subscriptions and setup charges are processed through authorized third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and agree to the specific billing cycle of the subscription plan you select.
Your algorithmic trading setup and software access will only be activated following successful confirmation of your payment. Activation timelines may vary depending on the technical requirements of your specific broker API integration, but we strive to initiate setup promptly post-payment.
The software, algorithms, and technical setups provided by Wealth Shield Algo remain our intellectual property. You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, modifying, duplicating, reselling, or unauthorized sharing of our systems, logic, or proprietary code.
Our setup relies on integrations with third-party brokers, exchange platforms, and data feed providers. We disclaim any liability for service interruptions, execution delays, API failures, or financial losses caused directly or indirectly by these third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maharashtra Consultancy Services / Wealth Shield Algo, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our algorithmic trading software or services.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated 'Effective Date'. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
