REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

At Maharashtra Consultancy Services (operating as Wealth Shield Algo), we are committed to providing transparent and high-quality algorithmic trading services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the strict guidelines governing subscription cancellations and the limited circumstances under which refunds are provided.

1. General Policy

All our subscription plans and algorithmic trading setup services are categorized as software and technical service charges. As a general rule, our services are non-refundable once initiated. However, we understand exceptional circumstances can occur, and we review refund requests on a strict case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

2. Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel your subscription or request a refund, you must contact our support team in writing at mhpuneconsultancy@gmail.com. Please include your complete subscription details, transaction ID, and the specific reason for your cancellation request to help us process it efficiently.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered and approved under the following specific scenarios:

• Duplicate payment processed for the same subscription period.
• Service was not activated or provisioned due to an internal system issue on our end.
• Verifiable technical or billing error originating from our payment gateway.
• Cancellation requested explicitly before the software service activation process has begun.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We strictly cannot provide refunds under the following circumstances:

• The algo trading service setup has already been completed and activated.
• The monthly or billed subscription period has already commenced.
• Trading losses incurred or general dissatisfaction with algorithmic market performance (market risks apply).
• Customer errors in strategy selection, API setup parameters, or failure to maintain required broker funds.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions

If a transaction fails or remains pending but the amount is debited from your bank account, standard banking reconciliation processes apply. The reversed amount is typically credited back to your original payment method automatically by your bank within a few business days, without requiring action from our side.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund is officially approved by our team, it will be processed directly back to the original payment method used during the transaction (Credit Card, Bank Account, UPI, etc.). Please allow 5-7 working days for the credited amount to reflect in your account statement, depending entirely on your bank's processing timelines.

7. Subscription Cancellation

Canceling an active subscription simply prevents future automatic renewals and billing. You will continue to have full access to the algorithmic trading service until the end of your current, already-paid billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

8. Right to Reject Refund

Maharashtra Consultancy Services (Wealth Shield Algo) reserves the exclusive right to reject any refund or cancellation request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy, violates our Terms of Service, or appears fraudulent in nature.
